1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LensAI ("the App"), you confirm that:

1）You are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction)

2）You accept both this Agreement and our Privacy Policy in their entirety

Note for EU Users: If you are under 16, parental consent is required under GDPR Article 8.

2. Service Description

2.1 Core Features

1）QR Code Generation & Scanning: Supports URLs, plain text, contact cards, and other formats

2）Local History: Stores scan/generate logs

2.2 Prohibited Activities

1）Malicious Content: Creating QR codes linking to phishing sites/malware

2）Reverse Engineering: Decoupling, decompiling, or modifying the App's binary

Consequences: Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

3.1 Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Paid Subscriptions

Auto-Renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless canceled 24 hours before the billing cycle

4. Intellectual Property

1）LensAI Ownership: All UI designs, algorithms, and patents are property of LensAI Inc.

2）User Content: You retain ownership of generated QR codes but grant us a non-exclusive license to process them

5. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee:

1）100% accuracy in QR code recognition

2） Safety of third-party websites linked via QR codes

6. Termination

We may suspend services if you:

1）Engage in unlawful activities

2）Remain inactive for 12+ months
